Sausage Tortellini Skillet

May was filled with cheap and easy dinners. I didn't pad my grocery envelope last month as much as I usually do. Some of those funds went to end-of-the-school-year activities, such as banquets, teacher gifts, camp fees, and the like. So, I was grateful to see a gifted blogger offer up a ten minute recipe for a a spicy and chewy tortellini skillet meal. This Sausage Tortellini was so delicious! I adapted the recipe from Jane Maynard's blog called This Week for Dinner. You'll love her weekly menus and easy recipes. Everyone loved the new dinner, so I am keeping this one. I omitted the mushrooms, increased the garlic, and added grape tomatoes. I usually shy away from recipes calling for cream since my digestive system seems to be changing in my fourth decade. I used half and half instead, and all I felt was deliciousness.
